Starbucks Drive Thru – is a project that we planned and developed by prioritizing ecological and environmentally friendly criteria, on a 934 m2 parcel in Çeşme, where car service is also provided, and in this respect, it was deemed worthy of Starbucks’ 2023 “Greener Store of the Year” award.

Flora Cadde (Kuşadası) – The project for which we provided development consultancy, which was opened in June 2023, on Süleyman Demirel Boulevard, 6 km from Kuşadası city center, includes File Market, Colombia Coffee, Tavuk Dünyası, Halk Bankası, Chakra, Samsung, Siemens, Beko, Vestel. There are brands such as , İstikbal Mobilya, Yatsan, Lova Bed.
Pioneer Hibrit Tohum Tesisi
Pioneer, a member of DuPont group of companies, was established in the USA in 1936. A leading producer of hybrid seeds, the company has established its first factory in Adana, Turkey in 1986 and production continues today in 11 cities. The company, which employs 5.500 agricultural producers in a total area of 11,000 hectares, produces 15,000 tons of seeds annually. With the merger of DuPont and DOW companies in 2018, it continues its activities under the name of CORTEVA and is the world’s largest pesticide and seed producer.
